Mike was great to work with, always answered my emails very quickly and kepy me updated through the whole process.

Steve was our original loan officer and communicated thru every step of the way.. once it was turned over to Meghann communication was very difficult and asteve stepped in multiple times to help communicate to the borrowers so thet understood...

My communication with the loan processor was basically through Naomi Meghann was non responsive

I was able to make myself heard and understood. Sometimes I had to repeat things but he was very cooperative and we got the deal done I wanted.
