    I dont rank 5/5 automatically. Better= Communication, partnership, work together, answer questions, return calls. My experience WAS 'memorable', and I will remember. We closed, there was good response once Title got involved, I'm not complaining....

    parker was great to talk to. Not sure where the ball dropped...Client wasn't approved due to financing over a month into the process...luckily he had money to bring his DTI in an acceptable range for the lender.
