She did a great job and appreciate the teamwork!

The communication was awful. I asked from the beginning about things that may need to happen and didn't get a response until a few days before our close date. We did NOT close on time. The ball was dropped or this file was ignored completely...

Jayme was almost always available for the loan process, but there was some last minute confusion. Everything was handled, but the stress of having an issue appear two days before closing when it should have been caught during the initial approval...
