I never once talked to this loan officer and he did not return phone calls. now I am currently reading that his title is sales manager this has been the worst experience with NAF thus far.
Great communication in informing me of current status, next steps, etc.

This transaction went sideways in so many directions. Hard to say where and with whom it started to go wrong. My buyers were first time home buyers and seldom understood the process from the lending side. Part of it started with the home itself...
