Better communication and response time. Our closing was pushed back multiple times due to incompetence from our loan officer and processor.

Dave was very reaponsive and always available for questions. He worked with us to gwt get us the right loan for our needs and answered all of our questions. I wokld would definitely recommend Dave at NAF!

We had a very difficult seller, and between Dave and our Realtor, we close within a decent amount of time. Dave was patient with us as well as the seller.
