Alec was probably the most proactive and prompt responiveness than anyone I have ever dealt with at NAF. It helped tremendosly on getting the buyers off and running with buying their home.

Communication from the loan processor was terrible. She should have provided a checklist of things needed versus asking for something then days later asking for something else. The loan officer should also be in the same time zone as the client....
