A Bremerton resident since 1978, the Olympic High School graduate started in the home lending industry with Lynnwood Mortgage in 1986. In 1994, after working for eight years as a loan processor, Tracy became a loan officer and branch manager. She remained with the company for 27 years, during its change to a full service savings bank (Golf) and later through a merger with Sterling Bank.
