It wasn't unpleasent to work with Tracy White. She's wonderful. Your underwriters, however, are ridiculous. The hoops they made us jump through, only to jump back through those hoops after we closed. Just dumb. You need to look at that process....

Tracy joined 1st Security Bank Home Lending in January of 2013, is one of the area’s most successful managers and loan officers. A Bremerton resident since 1978, the Olympic High School graduate started in the home lending industry with Lynnwood Mortgage in 1986. In 1994, after working for eight years as a loan processor, Tracy became a loan officer and branch manager. She remained with the company for 27 years, during its change to a full service savings bank (Golf) and later through a merger with Sterling Bank.
