Overall very satisfied with process and help that has been provided by Ian.
Alan was incredibly helpful as was his team.
The process was painless other than the fact that Northpointe didn't understand the rural nature of our area and how much it would cost to get an appraisal done.
The interest rate was the best I had found at the time, closing was done in less than two weeks, and responses from the whole team were patient and quick.
Ryan was an excellent loan officer. He made the process seamless and helped us navigate the process seamless. We had a great experience.
