overall loan team was very responsive. great interest rate. some inaccuracies noted on our documents in regard to our bank accounts and retirement accounts. some miscommunication regarding insurance but this was resolved in time

Great experience. Everything was smooth and closing on the refi even happened at our kitchen table. Great company, best rates we could find, and very smooth transaction. Would do business with again once rates drop further.
