Ian exceeds suspense times, gets accurate information to you ASAP, and provides competitive rates. He provided an assortment of options and updated me regularly on changes in the market.

Initial disclosures were not coming through due to technical issues. Closing disclosures were not accurate at times, and lender refused to provide an updated one saying "We can’t simply send out LE’s upon request. There had to be specific reasons...
