Smooth process
Great rate. Quick response times.
Brett and team were great! They were responsive and told us exactly which documents were required to help secure a loan.
The process was smooth and convenient from start to finish.
I didn't talk to Matt once during the process. he never returned calls and rarely responded to emails. the coordinator - Anne Marie - was very responsive and was how I got my questions answered. I'm not sure if Matt actually did any work himself...
