Ian was very responsive, even after hours and on weekends. He was very good at following up with us to make sure we didn't need anything or to remind us of an approaching deadline .

Quick, streamlined and effective. I wish there could have been more flexibility to lock on the rate to get the best deal at the precise moment, but overall it was a great experience
