Matt was great. He was honnest, available all the time I had question and closing numbers were identical to what he suggested at the begining.

I passed the purchase agreement early however it sounds like my agent passed them a second time to Matt with some additional pages which was then forwarded to underwritting. Those extra pages meant that underwritting asked for more updates...
