She communicated with me (agent) and buyer consistently. When buyer did not understand a process, she thoroughly explained it in laymen's terminology. She was personal, professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the process.

Jessica was wonderful she returned Emails and phone calls. Savanna did not return emails for days on end. She did not answer questions i feel like her slacking made this take alot longer than it needed to be. I am happy with the outcome.
