My displeasure was not with Naomi. She was fine with what little interaction I had. I did not really work with her much. Her processor Meghann was great. Was not a fan of the company and its policies and procedures.

The service from Naomi was great. She was thorough, kind, and very patient. She answered questions to the best of her ability and if she didn't know an answer she would find it. I felt as though communication with the loan processor Nina though...

Unforseen circumstances that were unavoidable with no fault to NaomI . She was patient and kind trying to help me understand any and all snafus. I do appreciate her tenacious resolve in seeing me through the whole process .
