very quick. had a few hiccups but was able to get everything taken care of and loan approved
Caleb was great at communicating everything and understanding of my situation. Even at closing, when I was at the table signing papers, I called him to clarify something, and he got with me right away and eased my anxiety about the issue.
Great communication and appreciated the updates through the transaction.
Caleb spoke clearly. Answered all my questions. Was patient with me. Had great suggestions. Did not make me feel like he was just trying to sell me something. Explained my options well. Thank you for helping me

i thought caleb was very accomodating when it came to any questions asked. Even on his lunch he would moslty answer.

Caleb was great! We had some lack of communication with some of the other team members. I think if communication would have been better this process would have went a lot smoother.
