Drew was amazing!!! Marilyn was ok too, she just waited 12 days before letting me know she had not received the documents she had asked for. There for postponing our closing by several days. Maybe in the future she only needs to wait 5 days???...

The only feedback I have is related to the 3rd party appraiser, she was not responsive and delayed the whole process.
