Your underwriting dept. needs to be consistent & not harass a person's employer's HR dept. Was not happy with the underwriter at all....I felt he wasn't satisfied until he received responses that He wanted to hear & not what the actual or correct...

River and April both made the loan process easy. They were very communicative and were quick to answer the phone or email back immediately if I had questions.

West Capital lending was great. The only problem I had dealt with the appraiser the mortgage company used
