River and April both made the loan process easy. They were very communicative and were quick to answer the phone or email back immediately if I had questions.

West Capital lending was great. The only problem I had dealt with the appraiser the mortgage company used

The process was very long with many unknowns. It seemed like every day that a new document was required. Some documents seemed redundant. Then the closing date changed so many times that I became discouraged- each time changing deliveries....
