It was great. They were patient with me and they walk me through the process step-by-step and explaining everything and made it easier for me for my first time buying it was great

The process was very long with many unknowns. It seemed like every day that a new document was required. Some documents seemed redundant. Then the closing date changed so many times that I became discouraged- each time changing deliveries....
