Billy and his Loan Processor (Brian) were wonderful, however the undewriting process was a nightmare. I would recommend Billy and Brian and day, but not the company as a whole as underwiring was overly zealous, and not timely in their corresponding....

He kept me updated and when he needed something from the client he also let me know so I could relay it also
