Communications explaining the process

Her communication was amazing and she seemed to always be available for questions and advice. She made a dream come true! I still can't believe it :)

She took the extra effort to translate her Emails into our language. she also stepped between Zo and us as an buffer to make the process more convinient for us. Elizabeth did a great job!

Communication was not great through the process espicially as we got towards the end. Elizabeth did help more towards the end as it seemed she needed to take back over for Zo. Zo was not responsive for hours upon hours and sometimes days. I...
