ALEX WAS VERY GOOD BUT YOUR OVERALL PROCESS NEEDS LOOKING INTO. Their is a communication flow issue within the company. The software you use needs tweaking.
Overall I was pleased but their are process flow to look at.

Be more clear on what is needed to close on a loan. Was told multiple times that they had what they needed and then it wasn't enough. Was asked for the same information multiple times. Very stressful journey to get to closing. Would not recommend....
