Solid communication. Felt like Billy was working forwards the same goal .

Billy was communicative all through the loan process for my buyer

He did a good job with this transaction follows up on everything make sure we had all the right documents. Very patient with me and the buyer. Thank you for all your help.

Billy walked me thru everything and was always accessible through email or if I needed to call. Billy was amazing. It was a great experience. Highly recommend. Zo was awesome as well. New American Funding is the best.

Be more clear on what is needed to close on a loan. Was told multiple times that they had what they needed and then it wasn't enough. Was asked for the same information multiple times. Very stressful journey to get to closing. Would not recommend....

Billy and his Loan Processor (Brian) were wonderful, however the undewriting process was a nightmare. I would recommend Billy and Brian and day, but not the company as a whole as underwiring was overly zealous, and not timely in their corresponding....
