The last time we refinanced seemed to be a lot quicker than this time. It took us 3-4 moths to refinance this time.

The fact that we were able to refinance to get a lower payment. Robert did a great job staying in touch. With the loan processor there was a lot of miscommunication and information kept changing as we went along
