I dealt with 2 individuals, Henry and Brian and both were efficient and knowledgeable. They made the loan process smooth and very stress free. I am glad, I choose New American when I was looking for a mortgage provider.

It's sometimes difficult as the seller's agent to have 100% confidence in the lending side of a transaction, since we typically don't know exactly what's going on, on the buying-side. Jake kept me informed during every step of the lending process....

From the initial phone conversation to the underwriting process all employees were great. We were always in communication and it flowed flawlessly. The mobile notary was a blessing as well.
