Everone was extremely professional and courteous. The refinancing was done expeditiously and without any problems. The closing on line was a great experience and I didn't have to leave my home.

I would have liked for the process to move faster than it did. I made sure I did everything requested of me in a timely manner, however I found myself doing a lot of waiting on others.
