It took 3 months longer than originally stated. We thought this would NEVER go through! We had to resend same items over & over... really, really stressful!!!

We had to push closing more than once due to the overly co.plicated nature of the income verification process. Every person who interacted with that awful form you require were confused by it. If multiple people submit the verification form...
