This whole process required great communication and explanation and Nick provided both from beginning to end.

The communication was not the best, especially with the loan processor. The series of afterthoughts regarding documentation made the process very tedious. An improvement in communication will make customers more appreciative of the system.

The experience started well initially from the preapproval to the appraisal but when it reached the loan assessor the communication was very poor. The loan assessor could hardly be reached on the phone, some emails that were sent were not replied...

Nick Is great to work with , If we had anynwuestions any questions or concerns Nick was always a phone call or text away and made sure we understood everything every step of the way !

subject property to finance was a VA foreclosure & not the best to keep up with all the changes, etc so some of my answers reflect this; had to extend closing more than once due to seller waiting on certain docs needed in order to close.. sometimes...
