Jimmy ensured I had all the information I needed. He went above and beyond to create an atmosphere of trust. The loan documents were easy to read, and the e-documents were convenient.

Hey Fachion, Thanks for your great review. Moving forward I have a dedicated loan processor, so the communication issues with the loan processor will not be an issue moving forward when we work again.

Starting with Joe made me feel at ease and empathy for my situation, which was one of the main reasons I went with American Funding over my mortgage company. I received good customer service. Krystal was good to work with, also.

I began the process in September 2025 and it was not funded until February 27. While Chris is a very personable guy, he explained processes but never gave us concrete deadlines. He was often hard to reach. If not for Cindy Lam I don't think...
