Communication with Laromy was great, Loan processor Leanne rarely answered my questions and seemed to drag the process out unnecessarily. I as the borrower and my agent Laromy seemed to have to do a lot of extra work to get the process completed....

Laromy was outstanding from the very first time he called me to check in. My previous loan officer was neglectful, and honestly, I was not happy with the level of communication. Now, I am so happy I decided not to refinance with another company....
