Being limited in the new computer age you were able to get me through the process
Christine was understanding , kind , patient and knowledgeable. She had to slowly walk me through things several times and never made me feel bad about it . She always responded to my emails in a timely manner. Much appreciation!

It was only okay because before Christine came onboard, it was impossibly painful and frustrating and it feel like no one was listening to me.
