several time I was unable to reach Ryan, during closing week. I was not informed on anything they change my downpayment without saying anything. my closing was postpone several time without anyone knowing what is going on.

Ryan was very understanding with my work and availablity to take calls. And anytime I had questions he was able to answer them or get an answer for me.

Ryan Tapp was more than accommodating to all of my needs, and always made himself available at various times of the day. Ryan is super knowledgeable about different loans and could always answer my questions with a "here's why this is important",...
