subject property to finance was a VA foreclosure & not the best to keep up with all the changes, etc so some of my answers reflect this; had to extend closing more than once due to seller waiting on certain docs needed in order to close.. sometimes...

Josh did an amazing job helping me out. Multiple phone calls to other agencies to remedy issues. Polite, friendly, and expedient. I cannot praise my experience or Josh's help enough.
