I would never choose this company. They don't return calls, the people on the phone NEVER have an answer, it is always "check back in 7-10 business days". They cost me money by making up reasons to add fees and now claim that 18 months after...

This bank cannot allow you to make payments to the Principal online. Everytime that you want to make a extra payment to the principal, you need to call them. So they make your life difficul because the want the interes money.

Absolutely terrible customer service! They say they will do something and nothing gets done, no one returns calls. I am a reasonable person, but they are not reliable.
