Worst lender ever!!! Our loan got sold to them and they can’t get anything right. They couldn’t even get the right amount. We filed a complaint with BBB and still didn’t get a response that makes since.

I never review companies but this business has zero Customer relations and have caused me in an insane amount of issues. Avoid at all costs!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! took a week to get a payoff of a loan that i was glad to refinance and get away from BSI. Now I'm one week into getting repayment on some rehab funds and still cant get a call or email back! Avoid at all costs!
