A complete nightmare to work with. Cant believe these guys are still in business. Dealing with the same BS they had settled a lawsuit for back in 2019. Seems like they need another lawsuit.

Whatever you do avoid this company at all costs. Tey have marks on the Better Business Bureau and were sued many times. They have the worst customer service, and will do anything to avoid helping you. And this service support number can not...

Worst communication I’ve ever had with any lender. It was so bad, at one point I thought it was a scam. I’m pulling my whole loan and taking it elsewhere. They also lie and string you along.

Horrible we get a call every month saying we are late, and they have had our money for a week. Bill pay only deducts from our checking when the money has clear their accounts. Its a nignt mare stay way from this company.
