went very easy and fast. The only thing we had a hip cup with was our IDs copying them but other than that, it was a great experience thank you very much.

Luis was not pushy, but certainly kept me informed and relayed time sensitive requirements throughout the process. I felt like he was attentive 24/7 despite the 3 hour time zone change
