This is my third time working with Luis so he had all of my information and I felt comfortable asking him any question as always he is so knowledgeable and willing to answer any question I have and just made the process so easy
Luis took the time to explain several steps and factors. He did not talk fast he talked slow and professional. He made time and adjusted his schedule for my convenience. I appreciate the professional courtesy He showed me.
Luis returned my calls in a timely manner. He was very patient with me and always addressed all my concerns. He is fantastic!!!
