Open communication
It was in general a hard process, however, Sebrena was always very reassuring and very quick to respond to all my many many questions.
Timely response and open lines of communication throughout the entire process. Helpful with questions and an advocate for the consumer's interests.
It's beyond your control but the whole back and forth process was very emotionally draining and exhausting due to the extreme new regulations and procedures.

What I love most about my job is helping people achieve their dream of being a home owner. The best feeling in the world is being able to complete a mortgage for someone who never thought they could buy their own home. There is a misconception in our communities that it’s easier to rent than to buy. Please give me the opportunity to show you how easy it would be to own your home.
