took twice as long to close as what was stated. had to resubmit all financials when we just did a commercial loan with the bank. poor communication throughout with unclear expectations. Will not use this bank for a mortgage again.

Communication of closing date was poor. Spent over $800 on hotel stay for 4 nights due to loan closing later and we had to be out of the home we were renting.

The whole process was smooth and timely. Amber answered our questions and everything she said would happen, did.
Always willing to answer 1000 questions. Very knowledgeable for someone who is new to this :)
