Tony made the experience very understandable and communicated with us greatly and explained everything in detail. Made our lives much easier.

Makenzie was an absolute delight to work with. She kept our process going thru a very challenging health issue, and made it as easy as possible. I would highly recommend.

The communication

Amber and her team were very patient and understanding during the entire process. Anytime I had a question, concern, or worry, they were quick to address them. Thank you Amber!

Communication was convoluted, asked for the same thing over and over, and when provided was asked for again. Was not as smooth as it could have been.
