Highly recommend First state bank! Their interest rate was comparable, but their fees were much less expensive than other companies that we looked at for mortgages. Plus they were great communicators and make our part very simple and easy!

Phil Scaglia does an excellent job of staying organized throughout the process so you can avoid surprises and having to hurriedly locate documents at the last minute. Easy to work with and responsive.
