Timely communication with Phil. Online applicaction.
Phil was very helpful throughout the process and always had answers to my questions. I was very appreciative of him requiring me to take a first time home buyer course, it was very informative.
Phil was patient and a trusted expert every step of the way. He was also human, and fantastic to talk to. Great trust builder when wiring more money than you have ever wired in your life.
Phil is the best! He is very intelligent, responsive, trustworthy and reliable. His colleagues are similarly very responsive and helpful.
