We were treated with respect and understanding. Alex Threatt was a splendid advocate for us as well as a person one could trust. Would want him to be our next loan officer.

In the end Mark was not understanding and made a comment that they service millions of mortgages and sorry that this was missed. Meaning there was something that was missed and the communication was lacking to the point a supervisor was involved....
