I think things could of been communicated a little better from the beginning. Lisa had to explain a lot to me. And there was a time where I sent an email to my consultant and never heard back from him. But Lisa ended up answering the question....

They worked quickly to get our loan closed despite challenges of our chimney and work we needed to do to our house
