Quick and easy
Ease of process. Was expecting all sort of questions and documentation needed but except for the closing, the process was completely painless.

Edwin and Lisa were very helpful. I was disappointed that we made a quick turnaround on an estimate for repairs and because Lisa was out on jury duty, things moved more slowly than expected . This is of course not Lisa's fault, she was outstanding....
