It was a long process, some communication could have been clearer. Both did their job professionally and were always calm and collected. I liked them both. The "okay" rating was more from the length of the transaction, and requests and follow-ups...

Tim was extremely helpful and available anytime I had any questions or concerns.

I've had a lot of anxiety through this whole process, and Michael has been kind and patient with me the entire time. I appreciate all of his help.

I was able to share info with him. I was also able to get info from him that I needed to make/structure offers, counter offers, etc.

She worked her tail off getting us to the closing finish line. She kept the buyer informed throughout the process and made it seem not so daunting to get through the tough spots.
