Shane was a great communicator and quick in responding to even the smallest inquiry. I really appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable he was. He kept the client and I informed each step of the way. I would recommend Shane again! Thank you...

Kari singehandedly made it a great experience. She was very helpful and made herself available to us at all times. We honestly could not have done it with out her and i am very greatful to have had her knowledge and advice throughout this process....

Communication was great!

The clone processor was unavailable for over a week and was not responding to emails. This made the loan close late, much later than I expected and was told initially. It was very frustrating to just not receive any response for over a week....
