It was a long process, some communication could have been clearer. Both did their job professionally and were always calm and collected. I liked them both. The "okay" rating was more from the length of the transaction, and requests and follow-ups...

Everyone was exceptionally helpful, thoroughly knowledgable, and very responsive to my questions. Marcelo and Lisa are definately excellent assets to NAF.
