Blair was out for a bit in the middle and there wasn't a clear handoff which caused anxiety.
Also, it's confusing to have so many people from NAF...loan advisor, processor, concierge...

It was a great experience working with these loan officers they were available whenever I needed them they gave me advice about situations that were happening and I would highly recommend them to a friend or family member.

I wish the team we had were more experienced, and didnt wait until the 99 yard line to tell us there were issues popping up that ended up delaying our closing and almost losing us our house.

I have bought 3 homes now and this was by far my best purchase . There was never a email not answered or phone call not retured in a timely manner . I can't stress enough how great it was working with both. These guys need a raise . lol
