In the end, most everything worked out as we wanted. Communication with Alexis was difficult at times (Not Good but also Not Poor), but Stephanie mostly made up for it with her communication.

Everyone was very friendly and accessible at all times. They were very patient and answered every question no matter how silly it was. I enjoyed working with them to get our house. They made the experience amazing and so smooth.
